3.5 KYC Verification. qi777 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Accepted Philippine identification documents include PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, and passport. Accounts that fail or refuse to complete KYC will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. qi777 will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.2 You must not share your qi777 Account credentials with any other person, including family members and friends. All activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been conducted by you personally.
4.3 qi777 customer support will never ask you for your account password under any circumstances. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
4.4 You must notify qi777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach. qi777 will investigate and take appropriate action, but accepts no liability for losses incurred before notification is received.
4.5 qi777 employs 256-bit SSL encryption, device-level session tokens, and OTP verification for new device logins. These measures are in addition to — not a substitute for — your own responsibility to maintain Account security.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. qi777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. 5.2 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). qi777 does not maintain accounts or process transactions in foreign currencies.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on qi777 is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit subject to AML monitoring thresholds applicable under Philippine law.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals by KYC-verified players via GCash or Maya are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1 to 24 hours. qi777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals exceeding applicable thresholds before release.

5.6 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that you personally own. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment accounts that are not registered in your own name, is prohibited and may constitute money laundering under Philippine law.
5.7 No Third-Party Payments. qi777 will not process withdrawal to a payment account not registered in the verified name of the Account holder. If the registered payment account has changed, updated KYC will be required before the new account is accepted for withdrawals.

Each promotion is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which are published alongside each offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. 12.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, qi777 may withhold the balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, qi777 may forfeit the balance in accordance with the applicable clause. Where no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.
12.3 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment account after final KYC checks are completed.
12.4 qi777 is not obligated to retain an Account indefinitely. Accounts with zero balance and no login activity for 24 consecutive months may be archived. The Player will be notified by email at the registered address prior to archiving.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, qi777's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or connected to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
